Erin Arnst
LISCW
Erin is a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for fostering meaningful engagement and supporting others in embodying their authentic selves. She brings an integrative and holistic approach to both her professional work and personal life, emphasizing the importance of mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness as interconnected parts of the whole self. Identifying as a woman of color and a member of the BIPOC community, Erin brings empathy and a deep understanding of diversity, cultural nuance, equity, and the importance of cultural responsiveness within the therapeutic setting.
Erin holds a foundational belief that every person has an innate capacity for healing and growth from the inside out. She supports this process through integrative and humanistic therapeutic approaches, incorporating modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, mindfulness, and relational attunement. Her work centers on helping individuals reconnect with what nourishes them so they can pour back into themselves and the world around them. With a keen sensitivity to nuance, inclusive language, and cultural context, Erin’s vocation is to walk alongside others in their life journeys—supporting them in connecting their dreams and goals with their passions, values, and sources of joy.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Concordia College–Moorhead (May 2014—Roll Cobbs! ), her Master's of Social Work degree from Augsburg University (June 2017), and later pursued holistic health studies at St. Catherine University (February 2021). She moves through life with the support of her husband, two children, and their dog, Zoe. Erin enjoys spending time outdoors in the sunshine, swimming, binging old shows on rainy days, playing and snuggling with her littles, anything involving music, and practicing gratitude.
